Can someone help me in using VB scrips or batch files. Our alerts are based on one smart alert which alerts custom filed that we have created, Please see atachmetn on current alert.
What we want to be able to do is
· As soon as the node goes down an notification is sent immediately to a particular custome field
· No further notification will be sent (custome filed) unless the node is down over an hour in which case a notification will be sent each hour.
Any help on this if greatly appreciated.
